Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in open press with controlled temperature with aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Sophisticated and deep. Relative density ruby. Vegetable nose, with a half-wild side, which seduces. Light gunpowder, fuse, fresh fruit and black pepper. The mouth is very fresh, in a setting full of contrasts. High acidity, medium tannins, final dryness. It is a wine with strong personality.
