Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in temperature-controlled open press with 12-month stage in French oak barrels.

Proof Note: Sophisticated and deep. Relative density ruby. Vegetable nose, with a half wild side, which seduces. Slight gunpowder, ruse, fresh fruit and black pepper. The mouth is very cool, in a picture full of contrasts. High acidity, medium tannins, final dryness. It's a wine with a crepated personality.
